Workplace Safety TrainingSupporting employers’ legal duties

Supporting employers’ legal duties

Our safety training supports the existing ‘Health & Safety in Criminal Law Act (1974)’ but has been developed principally as part of the government’s ‘Returning to Work Post-Covid-19 Campaign (2020)’. We follow government guidance at all times, providing employers with updated content so that they are well informed about their obligations and are able to meet them. In this way, employers and employees are always kept informed about PPE guidance and understand why and how it is relevant to them.

Management insights and assurance

Our training solutions are supported by management insights showing the degree to which the workforce has been trained and the depth in which they understand the safety guidelines and their importance. We are also able to identify gaps in knowledge and understanding, which allow managers to focus on potential workforce risks.

Workforce safety sentiment analysis

During this challenging period, many people are facing uncertainty as well as increased responsibilities. They may need additional childcare, supporting a shielding member of their community, or helping with food deliveries. Now more than ever, we believe that it is critical for employers to capture the feedback, concerns and sentiment of their workforce to enable them to respond with empathy to the new normal.

We collect and analyse the feedback of a diverse workforce to ensure that no person or group feels that they have not been fully protected by their employer during the pandemic. If a new safety need is identified that can be resolved through innovative training or equipment, then we work with employers to ensure the inclusion of the entire workforce.
